Web server
Access data/ server log files
We (or our webspace provider) collect data about every access to the website (so-called server log files). The access data includes
- name of the website accessed
- name of the downloaded files (if necessary)
- date and time of access
- amount of data transferred
- status messages about the result of the access (ok, rejected or other)
- type and version of the browser used
- operating system type and version used by the accessing party
- so-called referral URL (the previously visited page)
- IP address and the provider used by the requesting party
- time zone of the web browser (for displaying event times in the visitor's time zone)
We only use the log data for statistical evaluations for the purpose of the operation, security and optimization of the website. However, we reserve the right to check the log data subsequently if, on the basis of concrete evidence, there is a justified suspicion of unlawful use. The data will not be passed on to third parties. Normally, this data is deleted after 90 days; in cases of a court order or suspicion of misuse, the data is stored for as long as necessary to clarify the matter. This data processing is permitted under Article 6(I)(f) EU GDPR. The interests of the website visitor's interests in not having their data processed are less important than our interest in making this website secure and functional for all users.

Administrator function
This website provides an internal area. This is only accessible to registered members or customers. To ensure this, we collect and store additional data. This includes the following mandatory information:
- First name and surname. Each member must be known by name in order to be addressed accordingly
- E-mail address. Without an e-mail address, it is not technically possible to identify the user on this website
This data is lawfully collected and processed in accordance with Article 6, para. 1 lit. b.
Rights of the person concerned
Storage duration
Your data will be deleted when it can be inferred from the circumstances that your request or the matter in question has been conclusively clarified.
However, if a contract is concluded, we will retain the data required under commercial and tax law for the periods specified by law, i.e. regularly ten years (see Section 257 HGB, Section 147 AO).
Revocation, amendments, corrections and updates
As a user of this website and therefore a data subject, you have the right to obtain information about the data stored about you (Article 15, Paragraph I EU GDPR).
Furthermore, you have the right to have incorrect data corrected (Article 16 EU GDPR). You can also have the data erased (Article 17 (I) EU GDPR) or, if there are legal provisions prohibiting erasure, have the processing blocked (Articles 17 and 18 EU GDPR). In the case of processing in accordance with Article 6, para. 1 lit. A EU GDPR (consent), you have the right to revoke this consent in whole or in part at any time by simply sending a message.
In the case of processing in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest), you have the right to object to this processing on grounds relating to your particular situation (Article 21 GDPR).
