  • Challenges and enablers of incorporating ACP into all professionals practice,
  • Upstream public and community-focused integration and partnerships with legal and other professions

Following on from our successful digital exchange in 2021, the Advance Care Planning International (ACP-i) Committee is excited to announce a series of webinars in 2022 focusing on how different healthcare systems are implementing advance care planning.

We are lining up some great speakers from around the world for these webinars. They will share their unique advance care planning implementation experiences, including the successes and challenges, to help you think about your own implementation approach.
We are asking the speakers to tell us "what is in their system's ACP pill?" They will cover how they define advance care planning, what they are trying to achieve with advance care planning, what is happening before, during and after advance care planning conversations and why?

This will be followed by live Q&A that all attendees can participate in.
We hope that these webinars will increase awareness, provide great opportunities to share insights and develop international understanding about "what's in the ACP pill".

Join us to learn more and share your perspectives.
